Since the new Director and the new Manager have entered, it is a real misconception, the treatment of the client is lousy, each management you want to carry out is tedious and difficult, reaching rudeness in their treatment. Both the Director and the Manager have a very unfit attitude to be in front of the public (They look at you from top to bottom, they pout you when you approach their table and above all they never really want to help with any questions or management that want to perform with them). I don't understand how they have such unpleasant people with so little desire to work.

We moved to this branch due to proximity to our offices. Before we were at the Torrejon de Ardoz branch. In Torrejon we were paying 6 € of maintenance for our virtual POS and it was fatal, when we unsubscribed from the Tpvv it was renegotiated that it could drop to 3 € when we signed up. We thought that this could be done at any branch since the bank is supposed to be the bank. We went to Aravaca before doing this and I made an appointment with the new director (February 2018) at 11. I arrive on time and she is meeting, as soon as their meeting ends, she leaves in what she thought she was going to call me to enter, but instead, she looks at her partner and says "well, what? A little coffee, right?" And as he was preparing to leave the branch I told him that he had a meeting with me scheduled for a week. To which he looked at me with a bad face and made me go to his office (he had screwed up the "little coffee") Once gathered, he seemed to have no idea how to manage what he was consulting, at the Torrejón de Ardoz branch everything was done and he looked at the spot, this woman did nothing but fault and say that she had to look at him and that I do not know what, to what I was saying that in the other branch it was looked and done on the spot, his response was "now but each branch is different and I cannot do it like this here" clearly he had no idea, of what he had to do. I left the meeting just as I entered, requesting that the director call me to confirm the maintenance price that was proposed to me in Torrejón. As I go out and I'm waiting in the queue for the box to do another management, she comes out and goes to the back to consult her partner in a low voice about the topic of Tvv, which seemed to have more idea but still listened to them quite a lot lost. 2 weeks later he still has not called me for a management that is done on the spot, I call, and his partner answers, he tells me that in that branch the maintenance that the director has pointed out to him that I have to pay is € 9 per month for the Tpvv, I reply, that I have always paid € 6 and that € 3 was negotiated in Torrejón. He tells me that very well but that at that branch it is € 9. Shameful.
