Watch out for the branch of the Majadahonda Stock Exchange office. Terrible management and attention. If you want to waste energy and trouble, put yourself in the hands of this branch. I leave you the email that I have sent to Sonsoles (responsible for this branch) to share my experience and prevent it from happening to anyone else. Good morning Sonsoles, I am writing to you as you are the person in charge of the Majadahonda Stock Exchange office and they have confirmed that you are on vacation. I wanted to let you know that I have been requesting a loan of 6000 euros for more than two weeks (having the payroll domiciled with bankia, which does not fall below 4500 per month). After contacting Nieves and Paco, who are the ones who have been carrying out this procedure, they told me that they would call me, that they would confirm me and I directly did not reach them by phone or receive pending responses to the email. After several calls to the office attended by a certain Arantxa (subcontracted by Maphre) and who tells me that Nives and Paco are meeting, that they have many clients and that they will call me back (this never happens). I show up at the office. I speak with Paco and he gives me the same type of response as last week by phone ("validation department accredits that it is not enough to have sent him the work life, June payroll because they indicate that I follow that does not confirm that I have left the" erte ", When I submitted my June payroll and document certifying the company joining it on June 25"). Conclusion: as the management is at the same point with the validation department and I have already presented all the documents that have been and that have reflected that I am already incorporated, because the process is paralyzed and nobody does anything to provide solutions. This being the case, the process stagnates in that department and is not elevated to the risk department. Both Paco and Nieves do not present solutions or inform me of the follow-up (they simply keep that it depends on the validation department). It directly stagnates and nobody does anything. I am tied hand and foot because I no longer have any other possible documents to present (all the requested ones, I have sent them). The feeling I have is one of terrible attention, management, efficiency, effectiveness and neglect. I am still at the same point after two weeks and if it were not for the other Francisco who works in the Carralero branch (excellent professional and I imagine he is on vacation), I am considering going to another bank since I do not consider continuing to direct debit my payroll here. Of course, I do not want this to happen to anyone else and I want to record this bad experience with the management / service of the branch in both networks and google review. I go to the 2715 Office this morning to obtain certain information, among others, a management by Bizum. The person who attends me, a blonde woman who is on the right as you enter, explains things to me quickly and sends me to the cashier to solve the management of Bizum and other things. I can't solve it. I go to office 2914 and fortunately, I have two very efficient people who help me solve the problem I had. This has taken just 3 minutes. I do not understand why they have services with staff in office 2715 if we are going to be forwarded to the cashier for all the procedures without taking into account that the client's time is something important, we do not go to the office to walk around and that our problem remains unresolved. They don't seem to understand this in this office.
