The person who answers the phone, ANA, a terrible education, screaming on the phone as if she were a greengrocer. I only requested information on the approximate time my order would arrive. Very bad customer treatment, they should review the people who serve in front of the public, for their education I do not think they have only had problems with me.

Unlike SEUR, they do not assure you of the contents of the package or, in their case, and worst of all, they are not very reliable that the package reaches its destination. OFICINA DE POZUELO. In other shipments in other offices I had not had problems. Haughty, rude and aggressive treatment.
