I am very indignant with this bank, and I could not have had a worse experience: for not using the account for three years, having to pay 70 euros without having asked for a single euro in exchange, without having worked and having been studying having to pay 70 EUROS for absolutely nothing, but for pure usury (commissions and interests), it is the biggest SCAM that they have done in my life. And above they are called "ethical" banking, what a great hypocrisy ... Precisely the most "ethical" is the one that most scams ordinary citizens. Congratulations on this achievement! Garbage is what this bank of failures!

Hello, I'm sorry to say that marketing is very good but false. National banks are better. Why do they charge more and are you more demanding in documentation than national banks? Don't you say you have ethics? Where is it? I have been in triodes with my business for a year and a half, making too much money with myself. I can't take it anymore I spend my time in being warned because they look for good people but DO NOT trust them. There are better ones and I know.

I have been 15 years and I can say that it is a serious bank, with all financial guarantees and with perfect customer service. Most banks and savings banks are ethical only for the storefront. Triodos does not have some comforts offered by others but you have the peace of mind that "their products are not exclusively conditioned on the criteria of maximum profit and speculation and that they also invest in real economy" (Wikipedia)

If you want to get into a boragine of continuous and tedious bureaucracy. This is your bank. There is no way to simplify your processes which leads to long and continuous processes for any procedure.

I have been a customer for several years. I can say the following: this bank is a scam, the only thing that is sustainable must be the manager's villa, because in terms of customer service and commissions it is expensive and very bad. Run away like the black plague. There are better options to place your money that are truly and socially responsible.
