Bad service. They answer you with a lot of disrespect.
Fatal. In 20 years they have changed directors 5 times. There is a lack of staff for a long time and you have to wait for queues of 4 or 5 people that translates into half an hour or more. The ATM has not been renewed for a long time, apart from not working many weekends. They do not pick up the phone or skip the fax or directly give two rings and they hang up or they also pick up the phone and communicate all the time.
