They blocked my account and when I wanted to close it they didn't give me my money back, it was more than 1000 euros. I had to wait another week to be able to use my money after being almost 2 months without being able to use it. Useless in solving problems. A letter of claim had to be submitted

1 star because it is the minimum that allows. The telephone service is null, it is better to say that there is no such option, because they NEVER handle calls. If you go in person the wait is eternal, when you manage to do the process and do not leave tired of waiting. Then complain about losing customers, Banco Santander as an institution, should be calling each of those who write our reviews here, to verify the attention in their offices.

The attention in cash is a shame, today between 10:15 and 11:00 the cashier with the brown hair high, has a painful treatment to the clients, has treated fatal to 3 people in front of me, to two has made them go to pay some fees to the cashier after waiting 30 minutes of queue and over scolding them because "as you do not have it domiciled" one has answered: how I am going to domicile if it is a license .., and another girl has not wanted to seal the the document that he gave (a payment order) and on top of that he has quarreled with him for complaining textually, he told him, if you like him well and if you do not know what you have to do ... very strong, he has told him that he was not there to endure the complaints of customers. Then who do we complain to? what a personal penalty they have in some banking entities
