The response I received from Mapfre both in the physical office and by phone, is that Mapfre is not responsible for anything that has to do with Verti, and in both cases they told me that I authorize them to give my data to Verti, it which is not true, I simply asked Mapfre to send an e-mail to Verti telling him not to mistreat a Mapfre client, who in those days was still a Mapfre client. I will report Verti to the office of intermediation in consumer complaints in Navarra, and I will not go back to mafre for not having interceded for me in the face of the abuse and mistreatment of me by your commercial partner Verti.
