The staff at this hospital are top notch and so caring. My husband became ill walking Camino. Even with some language obstacles he received the very best of care. I wish I had all the names who attended him...special thanks to Tima who did such an amazing and careful job of his IV the second time he came in. Inerah for her constant smile and kindness. Sonya also for her kindness. Dr Javier was amazing as were the other doctors who attended him. Particularly Dr Isabelle Alvarez who kept watch over him while he was admitted. I apologize I don't have all your names but you know who you are and how much we appreciate you all. Thank you also to the cafeteria staff who always had a smile and served so many delicious cups of tea.

The hospital is great and the dedicated professionals unbeatable. They should be 5 stars, but the problems start when you run into a professional who is little or not at all 'professional' who tells you that if you are going to change the patient's diaper or that there always has to be someone with the patient to attend to him because he cannot being alone or that someone has to sleep with the patient to attend to him at night even if there is no chair to do it in which case they also have the audacity to tell you that you already have the floor for that ... Does it seem that way to me or are they 'forcing' me to do their job? A job we are all paying them for. From my point of view, these professionals should not work in Estella hospital or in any other hospital.

Sunday 12/13/2020. Not half normal the treatment received by a blonde lady who was performing PCRs this day, specifically at 11 in the morning. It was my third PCR and the only time it hurt. This "professional", after asking her to please do it tactfully, it seems that the comment has made her feel bad and after telling me in verbatim words "the one who does not want to come for PCRs or it hurts that she does not come" has proceeded to take the test violently and in a hurry (you could see the bad host and I could see how he bent the stick by force once he was inside). I have told him that it has been very rough and basically he has peeled it. Later, seeing that the headache after taking the test did not go away and it was even worse and that my nose was bleeding, I went to make a complaint. As sure they file it and for one it goes in and for another it comes out, I put it here too.
