This hotel has the potential to be a good 4-stars hotel, but right now I think it's not in the right category. I would place this hotel in the low-3 stars range. It has all the amenities, including a nice swimming pool complex, restaurant, bar, disco and much more. The rooms are equipped with a comfortable bed, but the shower box was a real mess as the water leaked everywhere. What I didn't like is: - the corridors to the rooms are dark and the walls look very cold and very old style. It's not welcoming at all. I suggest a brighter wall-paint, more light and a bit of decoration. - the breakfast is terrible to be considered a 4 stars hotel. Both morning we found uncooked bacon, not well toasted toast, lack of churros the second day, poor service and in general the quality of the food was very low, including the "industrial" cakes. - I felt there was generally a bit of lack of mantainance, like our shower box in the room. I hope this comment is used productively to improve the hotel as it has a lot of potential.

Highly disappointed with this hotel. My girlfriend and I were due to stay here during the FIB festival period and had our booking confirmed through Booking.com. We were told the money for our stay would be taken out of my account at a later stage but never gave a specific date or time frame. Suddenly out of the blue i get an email saying I have 24 hours to pay the full booking fee without any heads up prior to this or our booking would be cancelled. The hotel weren't one bit understanding of our disappointment of being given no heads up (1+ week the payment will be taken out) to give us a chance to get the money into our account. They then cancelled our booking and we now have nowhere to stay for our time in benicasim. Horrible service.

The room was basic with poor air con and dirty bedding. Asked for it to be changed and returned after a day out to find same dirty bedding so I had to sleep without a cover for the night. Very disappointing after I spent a small fortune to stay here during the FIB festival. Bathroom was more two star than four with very poor accessories. I had to request more shampoo and shower gel sachets as they are mean with them. On a positive note, the communal areas are nice, particularly the pools and surrounding lounge area. Will never return there.

Food was excellent such a wide variety. Took 27 students aged 12-15 and there was not one complaint about the food. Unheard of! Especially Ruben the chef on the grill very attentive, kind and considerate of our needs. Staff all very friendly. Rooms were a great size and good space.
