My experience in this clinic was not the best. I came to this clinic from Italy, since I had read that an innovative surgical instrument it's used in the clinic for otorhinolaryngology. Before the visit (very expensive. 260 euros) the lady where I pay the ticket tells me that everything extra to the visit I will pay later. Of course, all over the world works so, I just ask to be warned before doing something that I should pay next as I'm a student and I need to ask the money to my parents. Ok, I go to do the visit and after a few questions the doctor decides to test me with a probe, I stop him and ask if I will have to pay this .. the nurse and the doctor tell me no. After that the doctor orders me to do a tac radiography and tells me he'll see me after lunch when I get the results of this last one. I go to ask for the quote and tell me that for tac radiography I will have to spend 385 euros more. Fortunately I had already made one in italy, so I call home and ask to send me the results by email. The doctor looks at me after lunch as I said before, so I go to ask for the bill. At the final payment, another € 66 will be added to the exam with the probes previously made (where doctor and nurse said me I don't need to pay later). Not satisfied with these 66 euros more to pay I go to the customer's attention where a lady receives me. Needless to explain to her what is happening, she does not seem to have the slightest idea of ​​the job she does. I decide to pay the 66 euro more and go away. I do not recommend this clinic to anybody, especially if you live away, I'm sure you will find a better clinic in your city. As a foreigner I thought I'd be treated better.

They did not solve my problem after so many years of consulting and testing. The same diagnosis, the same treatment. I notice stagnation, they neither advance nor learn from the legacy of many who worked there. They attend, they charge and I continue with my disease, which if not treated in time has become chronic. The only star I contribute is given to a friendly nurse who swarms the allergy testing and analysis facilities. How unfortunate to know that people from all over Spain travel to a destination whose objective is the same as going to a public doctor in town! 1/5. *

In my case it has been a disaster. I come from Andalusia to be told that I have absolutely nothing, that everything can be caused by stress. After a few days, in the hospital in my city which is Granada, I was diagnosed with a problem in the ENTIRE spine. I am awaiting surgery. Regarding the treatment of the staff quite well, they are attentive and efficient. But at the time of diagnosis I cannot say the same.

A hoax. My mother went for a second opinion which she advertises on her website for digestive problems. They made them go to Navarra from Andalusia, they were told that in their case they did not give second opinions, it cost them money, nor did they look at the reports and tests that he had from numerous doctors in whom he had been in the previous two years. They told him that he had to repeat all the tests (pay them, of course). A disappointment. They're just going to get your quarters out.

I take this space to thank you for the attention you give me. I remain admitted and the quality of care far exceeds what is expected. The deep humanity and sympathy of ALL the staff and their professional qualification, make the stay a better and easier fact. My deep thanks to all.
