You call and nobody answers the phone, the answering machine always jumps whatever the time. The delivery men are super nice, but my goodness, I don't know who will organize the delivery. The service in Pamplona is very bad, the customer service

I am a veterinary clinic. In theory these people should collect the samples that we take from the animals every day, and it is impossible to contact the people of this company. Very bad attention, bad service and uncompetitive prices. I send packages almost every day and SEUR and MRW work 50 times better than these scammers.
