Very bad experience with buying an apartment. All good until they gave us the keys and we began to see the deficiencies of the house, especially the leaks that the terrace produced to the lower apartment and of what they had known (verified with the community) for a long time. They did not communicate anything to us to reach a possible agreement with the seller and when we told them all they said was that they did not know anything. The professionalism of these people leaves much to be desired. Anything goes as long as you sell. Better to go to other real estate agencies, that in Oropesa there are several and with better professionals. Since I cannot reply to the response from the real estate agency nor can I open a new review, I will leave it here so that it is clear. Novacasa was aware of the hidden problem (it was not visible to the naked eye) that the terrace had by the community administration, since they communicated it when they could not contact the owner. I have a copy of the part of the insurance of the home below that caused damage. When I speak of non-professionalism, I also include issues of a deposit contract, for example, for not communicating to the buyer that he has the right to choose a notary. It was drawn up with a notary in Oropesa and does not mention that right, although I did not say anything at the time because I did not care. It is true that they waited for another property to be sold, but it was a condition for the sale that the realtor accepted. I only reflect the total truth of what has happened to me, and I do it so that it does not happen to other people who buy properties with this real estate agency.
