This Sunday a relative of mine made a deposit using the ATM of this branch and the service was interrupted due to a fault in the ATM and he has been trying to recover the money that the ATM swallowed for two days. They only give him long and already in a bad way. If the entry procedure through the ATM is so lax that it allows this type of incident, what can we expect from the rest of the cashier procedures? Is a bank reliable, that in the face of technical failures, the client feels powerless to recover the money "lost"? I certainly don't trust ...
