I bought vertical awnings and they arrived perfect, the very good customer service gave me all kinds of solutions.

They do not meet the delivery deadlines !! And if you call or write by wasap to make a complaint, they attend you correctly saying that they are going to look at the factory, I suppose to shut you up, because then they do not return your call, nor the emails. I was looking at many sites that competed in prices with them and because of the attention in the store (from Bezana) received when informing me, I decided on them, but I will not recommend it to anyone. After 37 days the 4m awning arrives at the village road. Yes, they read well! They left him on the road to town. The driver went to ask for help and bring him along. The reason? The truck did not enter the street, where do people usually live? In industrial estates to be able to enter with a truck? Instead of looking for a transport solution (Cotrali), like coming with another vehicle, no, carry all the weight for 500m. !!! You call Beljemi to make the corresponding complaint, and they tell you that they are subcontractors and that they cannot do anything, but to charge you the € 40 shipping, everything is correct. I will not advise or repeat in buying them.

I totally recommend buying from Beljemi. I made the purchase online, also I was wrong in the measurements and they took great care of me making the appropriate changes with great professionalism from Customer Service. The delivery absolutely 10 in addition to being super fast (I made the order on Sunday, I modified it on Monday and on Tuesday I already had it at home). Delighted with my purchase! Thank you!!

Then we complained in Spain that we don't have a job, fortunately for this company I see that they can't cope, which makes me happy. We have been waiting since the first of July for them to come and give us a quote to upholster a sofa bed, and as of the dates we are in (08/22/2020) they still show no signs of life. This is giving an image and the rest is nonsense.
