I want to expose my indignation towards this bank, this week I wanted to make a deposit to my account, when I made the deposit I see that half has been entered, he gives me the receipt and the rest of the money does not return it to me, I enter to ask that please Check the ATM since half of my money has remained there, they tell me not to worry that sometimes it happens, that at the end of the morning they check it, they do the count and they give it to me, my surprise is when I go to the bank to for my money and they tell me that there is nothing, that everything is reviewed and not that nothing can be done. I arrive very right at the end of the month and I cannot allow my own bank to rob me so I took measures to get them to give me what is mine, since the money has to be in the deposit box, I expose it so that people have CARE WHEN THEY MAKE AN INCOME IN THIS ATM !!!!! I hope they will return my money soon
I have had a problem making a deposit at this ATM and the treatment by the employees has been regrettable. They have treated me badly and I have not received any kind of help from them
The workers are very understanding and they help you a lot within their possibilities. The system to request an appointment is very useful
