It took 3 months to close my account for the abuse in the collection of commissions from this entity. They just make me stumble, without solving the problem by passing the buck from one employee to another while the commissions continue to grow. In addition, the attention they give me is terrible, because every time they call they tell me a different movie trying to make me silly with a thousand detours, because they have done it so badly, that they do not even know how to explain the solution (which always involves paying for their bad processing of cancellation). With me they lose a client and they earn bad publicity.
