As a social volunteer in the state of alarm, I attended this branch in Colindres on April 27 to carry out a management of a person at risk. There were two workers in the office who opened a glass door for you to access the office; while you should logically wait outside.These girls saw me waiting. On 3 occasions they went out and opened the door to 3 people (without an appointment) who decided to attend to them earlier despite the fact that I was waiting and they did not pay any attention to me, nor did they even ask me what I was doing there. Barbara, spent a quarter of an hour making or receiving private calls; I know this because instead of speaking in a normal tone, he voices as if he were on a mountain. In the end, my patience was running out and I started to speak out to a boy who arrived and explained the situation he was living. The boy replied ... "I know you have been waiting a long time because I have seen you arrive when I have passed before "... Ready to request a complaint form, Mrs. Barbara raised her buttocks from her chair and reluctantly decided to attend to me. I must clarify that during all that time I was waiting for the workload of the employees was minimal, that is, they did not attend me because they did not feel like it.
