We have been attended by a person without basic knowledge of their work. We have asked for a certificate of movements and you have given us a random receipt form. We have called colleagues from another office to explain how a certificate is made. It has not worked either, it has given us an extract of movements without a stamp or bank details. The funniest thing was at the end when we wanted to ask for the certificate again, the girl said "see you later" and hid in the bathroom. This person has been very aggressive and borderline, we do not understand the reasons for this treatment since at all times we have been educated. We send this communication to the management and ask to take measures, since it is not possible to carry out the basic procedures as the situation is. The events occurred on June 5 between approximately 10:30 and 11:30.
