Very bad experience in buying bed and sofa. Very unprofessional, they cheat, they don't keep their word, they don't provide solutions and they create problems with deliveries. Very poor quality of the products, perforated tapiflex cover and sofa delivered with hole and broken bed top. They do not take responsibility, they do not answer. I do not recommend it, they are unpresentable.

VERY LITTLE PROFESSIONALS. A NFAST TREATMENT. -I commission a sofa on September 27. I pay the signal. The delivery time is 2 months max. Maybe it comes sooner. They tell me that. -On November 29 (2 months later) I approach to ask. They ask me for information to find the order. As I pass late they tell me that the factory is closed. That the next day they will call the factory to ask and they will call me with whatever they are told. - They don't call me. -The next week before the December bridge I ask again. Same answer. That they will call the factory and whatever they say they call me. -On December 10 (they have not called me this 2nd time to inform me) I return to the store to ask and they tell me that the carriers leave the factory that week and that they usually arrive in Santander to download since they stop at different cities So by December 18 they will already be here. - December 18 arrives and I don't receive any notice. - Vacation March on December 21 and I return on January 8. Nobody call me. - On January 14 I pass by the store and oh surprise! They tell me that my order had been "overlapped." They have looked at the computer and can see that the sofa has come out of "sewn" and that the following is already the packaging and shipping. Hopefully next week is already in Santander. I can understand that an order is lost but I do not tolerate being told milongas. If from the first day I went to ask they tell me I assume it and it is already in spite of the disorder that creates me since it is not that I bought it to change it but that I DO NOT have a sofa. -Of course the following week I still do not have a sofa and I did not go through the store because my bad milk is in maximum limits. -Today, November 28, 4 months after ordering, I have returned to the store. I have been told that they load it this week and that the next one will be here. WILL IT BE TRUE? That each one draw their own conclusions about the attention and professionalism of the establishment.

A shame. They do not meet or return the money. They tease customers. Unpresentable.
