Unfortunate service that I had to endure when going to see a flat. Hurry to teach it, lack of absolute professionalism and attitude rather than haughty commercial. That I use part of my free time to go to see an apartment in which I am interested is normal ... What is not normal, is that assuming that your job is to show and try to sell real estate do it with that attitude.
I have rented an apartment for several years with them and the treatment I have received is exquisite. The properties were very well maintained and always looked after us wonderfully. We have nothing but good words for them.
If you're friends with those who work there, fine. But you can leave saying goodbye to work for your rights and to be comfortable in the house for which you are paying. Very dissatisfied with their services.
The agency has always been correct, but with respect to the landlady (sunflower chalet) with which we have had differences regarding the return of the deposit, they have justified the owner instead of mediating ... The labor interest of the agency with the owner does not precisely impartial.
The landlady was left with much of the deposit for lack of cleaning after we had hired someone to clean the house. Very unhappy I would not repeat, there are much more serious agencies.
