The purchase was quick and very good, but the post-sale leaves a lot to be desired since after asking for the copy of the invoice several times they never sent it to me.

I bought a head whose price said VAT AND CARGO INCLUDED. When they came to take me, they refused to take me to my house because it did not fit in the elevator. If I wanted to get it up I had to pay 50 euros more. There were no sales conditions that said that. Change the review because the seller has taken over the 50 euros it costs to upload it to my house.
