A DISASTER. They don't even know where they have the merchandise. 4 boxes of wine In Valencia they tell me that the shipment has not arrived and is in Madrid. In Madrid they tell me that the shipment is read in Valencia. I speak again with the delegation of Valencia and they tell me that they do have it but that since the cast came out and it's Friday, I have to wait until Monday. I am the one in charge and I take the shipment myself, out of shame. But this does not exist here.

I called on the phone to ask if I could pick up the merchandise, they answered me right away, they didn't delay and in the afternoon I went to pick it up and very well. Perfect

I RECTIFY THE REVIEW to April 27 After writing the negative review I suggested that they give it to me in another address and they did it very quickly, so they have solved it even though the disrespect of the delivery person towards an older woman has no excuse. SHAMEFUL! to April 25 today I have taken an unpleasant surprise since the Murcian company transported some heavy packages and my mother was at home waiting to open the courier, what was the surprise that the messenger has told my mother that he I was not going to upload all those packages and I left them at the door and left, taking into account that my mother is a retiree and that she lives on the second floor ... and on top of that there is very little shame in telling my mother to wait a moment ... and spent more than 10 minutes my mother under the door worried to find the warning note lying on the floor and no sign of the messenger.

If they put a phone to call and someone pick it up someday, they would give better service.
