My evaluation of this company, regarding move-in, is excellent. They were punctual, fast, careful with my most fragile belongings, kind. Also optimal clarity in the price offer, very adjusted to my needs. In short, a company you can fully trust, in every way.
Nefarious. They left my belongings in the apartment I was moving from. He had sent them the inventory and even indicated where some of them were. They don't take care of that huge mistake. "I'm not going to make another trip from Puerto de Sagunto to Madrid to take you those boxes," the boss told me when I called to report that several packages were missing.
Neither clothes nor footwear are packed in the boxes that appear in the company's photos and in which they send attachments to the mail. They are simple cardboard boxes, where they pile the shoes and put the clothes as they see fit, folded.
They do not do any type of damage insurance.
Of course, they are not professional at all and they have a very tough face. We must ignore the words "shame" and "nobility" to act as they have acted, without assuming the very serious error and without even an attempt to repair it.
Beware of them.
A very positive experience. The company adapted to our needs and schedule changes in times of pandemic, the workers did their job well, both loading and unloading, I correctly received the invoice for the work done and we are very satisfied with the work they did. I would certainly repeat if I had another move.
What I do not understand how there are still people who hire these services
