Nefarious courier service. They say that they have tried to deliver the package and that no one was at the address, when three people are in quarantine at the delivery address. I have placed two orders in a row with this courier and they have done the same to me in both, but in the latter they refuse to serve me claiming that there was only one attempt to serve the package and it has already been sold out and they tell me to pick it up at the point of delivery, I explain what happened and that I cannot go because I am in quarantine and they do not care and they tell me that if I do not pick it up within 10 days they will return it to Germany. Of course, I have paid for a shipment that they have not finally made and they have charged the call to 902 that I had to make twice to have the problem solved. Of course, if I have to order something and the shipment is made through this company, I prefer not to place the order.

Some incompetent ones. The packages spend days in your facilities without moving. Also there is no way to contact them. They redirect you to a 902.

SHAME OF COMPANY. Delivery attempts were made by putting a non-existent address, when the address is completely correct and simple (I receive hundreds of packages a year without problem). 10 days later I still do not have the package or news of them, not even a place where I can pick up the package. Company totally discouraged

I did not receive the package at my address, as an excuse they do not come and tell you that you are not there. When they don't even call you on the phone or leave you at home a notification of how they have passed through your address. It is a bad excuse from the delivery man, I will have to travel 30 km to be able to pick up my package on time. Of course, this parcel service is not professional at all. I recommend not hiring it. Besides when you have an incident you have to call pay phones like the famous 902. The final straw.
