I would like to thank the pandemic, hard times, for the dedication and service of the employees of my Deutsche Bank office. Close and great treatment.
I have felt very badly taken care of by the boy who has taken the phone ... if he does not have or does not know how to work, he stays in his house ... surely there are people much more prepared and with much more desire to work than him. ..if there were fewer stars I would put them on him.
The entire team is very attentive and friendly, both for treatment and for information.
Deplorable customer support. Products with abusive commissions. I do not recommend this bank to anyone
Unfortunately the treatment and attention of the receptionist. Nothing else can change the payroll to another bank where they want to do their job
