Some lovely people work here, some not. Thorough investigation into my problem but a 9 hour wait was excessive and exhausting. Starving hungry, thirsty and fed up.
Great place! As a medicine student this experience was the best.
Great hospital, wonderful staff, great service. Terrible food.
I got there at 8am and triage was empty. All went really quick until I had to wait for results and to be seen by the doctor. In the end I left at 3.30pm. Severly understaffed of doctors. Very frustrating and annoying the wait, though the care was good.
Both my wife and I have had professional care here over the past two years. My Spanish is poor but many of the doctors speak sufficient English to allow for meaningful dialogue. Most of the support staff do not speak English but I’m ok with this - how many doctors in British hospitals speak Spanish? Once you get to know the system at the hospital then it’s fairly easy. But let’s face it - the system is slow in Gandia and waiting times for procedures can be unacceptably long. The cafe is excellent (for a hospital).
