Since 2010 being a customer, now it turns out that they charge me a commission of 5 euros a month for not activating push notifications in the app, I have seen people desperate for attention but these are the last straw. See you later Bankia, I'm going to Santander which has been keeping its word since 2012, not like you.
The customer service of Bankia in general and of this office in particular is very unfortunate. As soon as I finish paying the mortgage, I change the bank of all my accounts and those of my children. I have been trying to make a claim for more than a month, and there is no way, in person, over the phone, or online, but that is, they continue to charge the commissions that do not correspond, during the pandemic.
