Zero punctuality. 5 days late in delivering a shipment. The destination agency does not contact the client, despite having requested it through the NACEX headquarters. The central is contacted again to check the status, but no apology, or explanation, only that it is in delivery and I will receive it throughout the day. I will never work with this agency again.

I don't like to put negative comments because I have a business and I know what it means, but from what I can see, these people do not care or even give it a minimum of importance. I have been on the phone for more than 30 minutes and every 4 the call is dropped or they hang up, they had to have made the delivery of an urgent shipment which was made from Friday and these are the hours that they do not deliver it causing damage to my economy, nobody answer the happy phone or to give an explanation. It seems to me a huge lack of respect, since this is not free. Customers pay for the service and I think the most correct and polite thing to do is at least give your face and a justification. Very bad work from nacex.

IMPORTANTE: no llamar por teléfono. Me he encontrado con una sorpresa en la factura (23.06 euros por la primera llamada y 30,37 euros por la segunda llamada). Me estoy planteando poner una denuncia en la oficina del consumidor.

I was waiting for a package today and I have been waiting for it. And that they sent me a message saying that it would be until 8pm. Since the time was approaching and no one was coming, I dared call Meliana's office, but no one picks up the phone there. I was more than 20 minutes trying, but nothing. Come on, tomorrow I get in touch with the company that has a contract with them and that they change their agency, in addition to putting my complaint in the Nacex headquarters. Sloppy and incompetent.
