I am sorry for the one I have received from this office, they tell me that I have to go in person to cancel my accounts, I show up there wasting hours of work, to finally tell me that they do not know why they cannot cancel my accounts or card, that they spend part or I don't know ... but I am unable to cancel my accounts and having to return another day to see if it is already solved or not ... (losing more hours yet) it seems to me that they play with you xk they do not want to close your count and they tell you any excuse ... BANKIA never again.

TOTALLY NCOMPETENTES !!! They do not know how to do their work, to update the data of the titutares they make you to make as many trips as account holders have the account, And while the account is blocked NOT RECOGNIZABLE !!!
