A hopeless company!!!

My package had to arrive on 12/23/2020. The delivery person without notifying before or leaving any document as he had been there decides to move on to the next day in the same time slot nor leaving any notice document. They leave a message on my answering machine with my shipping number 531280616 and indicating that I call a phone number. On that phone, an operator 961344438 in bad manners tells my sister that it is necessary to pay in cash and "just" the money on delivery, when the sender had indicated that it could be by card. Said lady tells us that at 15:00 on 12/24 the delivery man will come back and that we are waiting. We are still waiting for it to happen from 12/24. On the web it appears that it is on delivery from 12/24 to 12/28 that its gls decides to update the status and not release it since supposedly they have already been distributed 2 days in a row. Q the package stays in stock until the next day because the delivery man in my area has already left. In order not to lose another day, we are on 12/28 from 12/23 (not bad) I have to go to the central 30km to pick up my package. PROFESSIONALISM 0 LESS THAN THE WAREHOUSE BOY Q I TREAT ME PERFECTLY. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT USE YOUR SHIPPING COMPANY AGAIN WHILE I CAN FOR ANYTHING. GOODNIGHT!!!

The customer service of this company is what, but, very bad, the advisor Ángela Leyton and her partner know more about painting their nails and heating the chair where they sit than about the work they do, a total garbage

If you are not at home or it is not good for them to pass or they are in a hurry from work or because that day the delivery man gets an egg, they leave it for you at a collection point (tobacco shop, kiosk, stationery ...) and they do not notify, the package is as delivered and you go crazy to know where it is because the phone for them does not exist.

They lie when they fail to make all their deliveries. They don't answer the phone. They outsource non-professional outsiders. An agency trash
