I have been working with many very professional delivery companies for years. And this in particular seems to me a pity that they leave a responsibility to very little responsible people. Both the person who answers the phone and the person in charge of the Ribarroja area, supposedly had to bring me the order at 9. When at 9:45 am a message came from nacex that we were not at home! Excuse me? All of Spain is confined to home and you are going to tell me that we are not at home! He called by phone and they treat me as a liar and that his delivery man had been and nobody opened the door for him. And at the same time he had called our private phones (we did not have any calls) no one had called us and no one came home. And on top of that they disrespect you on the phone treating you liars and hanging the phone in your nose! (3 times) What an example of a company. Nothing was content with very unprofessional people how NACEX ... TREATY AND THREATFUL TREATED.

Badly organized agency and a total disaster, it is also the same thing that puts a user, all afternoon waiting at home until 19:00 hours and after waiting they say they have been in my house without having been, continuous lies, communications between them disastrous, I will try not to work with them anymore.
