During public service hours, there is no one and it is ten in the morning. Several days. Documents to be filled in by the entity tell you to fill them in. wants to charge you commission for printing a statement of movements! Neglect, pride and incompetence.

Lousy attention to the phone. I just called for a consultation on how to withdraw cash, and practically I have hung. Adding reply to the answer to BBVA, if they answer the phone, which is to meet with minimal commitment. Forms of response and the lack of help a client do not think are indicators of good service in any case
