Look is a great professional. Your attention is unbeatable. The end result of their kitchens and design is fantastic. Regarding what I have read in the previous review, it is hard to believe. Perhaps you were seen with more intention of information and design than to buy, even so we and acquaintances who have also been a ten, both those who buy as a base those who do not.

LOUD ATTENTION. I requested a previous appointment to request a budget recommended by several relatives who have worked with them. While we were talking I mentioned that I asked for information in another place and the attitude of the woman has changed completely. After asking a basic question, he told me he would respond when he agreed to work with them. After 25 minutes of appointment I left with a very bad feeling and that is why I came back. I asked him if he had done something that had bothered him, that I liked his product very much but he did not understand what had happened. In response I have had to endure comments like "if you ask for a quote on another site, do it with them" or "I do not need to get clients". I have told him that I have never done a kitchen before, that I have no idea and for that reason it seems logical to ask. His answer has been that he is not to waste time, that he has a lot of work and that he did not care whether or not I did my cooking, the latter while I opened the door of the store. I really had NEVER been treated so badly. I know that they have a fabulous product, but that does not seem like a reason to treat anyone with such contempt and to pretend that clients hire their services blindly without informing us.
