Once they sell you the insurance policies, they don't take care of anything.nnTestimony-1: A bathroom pipeline broke, and we were left throwing water at the owner downstairs for 4 days. They refused to send plumber. We hire a private one and they don't want to pay the bill. In the end we paid for 1 private expertise, and managed to claim, but not the full amount. AND I DO NOT have a franchise.nnTestimony-2: The owner upstairs has inundated me, the community downspout broke, the community assumed it as their own expenses to repair the downspout, but they continue to repair the damage caused to the affected house. And in this office they have not lifted a finger to claim it from the insurance of my community. They neither answer the phone nor answer the email. I have had to hire a private expert and lawyer to personally handle the claim. The coverage is made between the insurances themselves, and it is a breach of the contracted coverage.nnVague, vague, laziness, and noncompliance, of Mrs. María Mar Pecina, since she took office, we have been leaving clients for more than 10 years.
