The dating service over the phone more than 40 calls and not answering is shameful. Remove the phone number because it is useless, and now with COVID they do not let you or ask for an appointment it has to be by phone. A real shame what happens. I put a star because I can't put -5.
They don't deserve a single star. They put a phone number for nothing. Sorry service.
It is a shame. 2 days calling to try to get an appointment, more than 80 calls and they do not take it. I am from Puerto de Sagunto and I have to ask permission at work to personally go there to see if they give me the appointment. Shameful.
Why put a phone number and a schedule (by the way very limited) for changing appointments, and then NEVER answer? I do not believe that they are so saturated that they do not answer any calls, made at intervals of 5 minutes for 1 hour ... it is not acceptable that they force us to ask permission at work to go in person, for an administrative procedure that would be solved in 1 minute, if they picked up the phone. EXPLAIN.
