In the office most of the staff are not there because they are infected (understandable), the person who responds at the door is offering a deplorable treatment, giving absurd excuses for not serving their clients and without offering solutions. The worst experience with banks of my life, several days coming because I have to carry out an urgent procedure and sending me from one place to another for nothing, all without any sympathy on their part.

2 weeks to close a bank account, I imagine the impotence of an elderly person forced to go to up to 3 offices for nothing.
