Worst experience i’ve ever had! We booked a bmw 3 series but they refused to give us the car. The contract said that we need 2 credit cards (which we had, mine and my husbands), but the two rigid people in bugdet said that the credit cards have to be in the same name as the driver. Nowhere in the conrtact does it state that! we called ryanair customer support and they cancelled the car. They were very helpful. But the attitude and lack of help from budget was horrible! Will never ever rent a car from them again. The nice sixt guy helped us in 10min, he was the best!
