Bad customer service, the lady who walks there will find any excuse for not doing her job, and with a bad face. They already go several times. Why work well if you are going to charge the same.

Too bad, when the lady is in the box there has not been a single time that I have done the management that I had to do, and it is her job. What a coincidence that if you are going to pay a fee, your computer has broken down. Or that there is not done. It is a lie, but hey, as if there were no branches or other entities looking for customers.
