Individually very nice most. As an office, a real disaster. I work with 5 different banks and the only account that has ALWAYS given me problems (constant blockages) has been that of this office and it turns out that it is the one in which I have the least activity.nAfter years I have closed and forever. I get to have the main account of my business with them and they ruin me.

The worst office of the worst bank of all that only knows how to put obstacles to everything, with a terrible treatment of clients by young ladies without preparation or experience for customer service. Not to mention the leonine commissions that they impose on you for any procedure!

Good customer service. They care about solving your problems. After very bad experiences with several banks I can say that it is the best there is in the area.

As soon as I entered, I asked them if they could pay a municipal tax (as it puts in the same rate) and they told me that yes, after waiting 30 minutes when arriving at the cash desk, the same man who told me that if he could, now says no because the payment is in cash and by rule of the Bank it is not possible.nA real shame, if someone has to make a payment in this bank that takes it into account, they can lose half a morning for nothing.

The incompetence in its maximum splendor. 20 minutes to enter money into an account with 2 clients present for 3 workers. What if you scan a dni, that if from this computer you can not, if I spend with my partner the bitter one who does not even say that she can do it but it turns out that she does not know ... very professional everything. Yes, well they charge € 5 for it, not for the service, but for making you lose time.
