Gloria, Silvia and the whole team go out of their way to ensure that the client is satisfied. They take care of every detail and offer an exquisite personal and professional treatment. It is difficult for a bank to offer so much proximity as well as such high efficiency. I have never felt better in a bank.

You are all right, in your experiences as clients. Now I give my opinion from another point of view, not as a client, yet, but professionally as an officer of the Majadahonda notary, working with this KB office on a daily basis. Working with this team led by Escalera (Silvia) is fantastic. How they facilitate my work and the personal relationship is exquisite. We are a good team, the best. I see from the background in the notary the treatment of their clients, which is unbeatable. Entities are made excellent by people. And Kutxabank is a serious and very competitive entity in prices and I assure that because they have suffocated me from the work they commission me. But the most important thing is the people. And Kutxabank is bigger and more excellent for the people who work in this office of Dr. Marañón de Majadahonda. It is not that I recommend that you stop by, that I do, but it is almost mandatory for anyone who needs banking services whatever they may be because they will see their needs met and also with a thousand percent kindness and humanity. The proximity of the branch director, Silvia Escalera, unthinkable in other banks, is surprising.
