Fantastic service, we were a bit disappointed with various problems that had arisen with the account and because of the telephone attention that did not solve the issue, We were treated fantastically in this office, thank Álvaro who with immense attention not only fixed the problem but that made us trust ING again, the humane treatment is greatly appreciated.
I have been an ING customer for more than 35 years and always very satisfied. Today I went with my daughter to open a checking account that for certain I have not been able to carry out since the clerk has given me the reasons for the company.nMy dislike and complaint are not here but in the rude and arrogant way the employee has treated my daughter. It has been my bank for a long time and I have never had many problems ..... but I have gone to get a large amount of money and from the girl who asked you as soon as she reached the boy who served me at the table giving me hits .. ... in the end I have removed it but it seems that they are told to put problems to get so much money but then to enter or ask for loans they do not put problems ..... a little bad gestures ...
