The quality of a moving service should be evaluated based on how the company handles its responsibilities. With Estebaranz, everything is fine until they break a couple of VALUABLE OBJECTS and totally DISENGAGE about it. In our case, they lied to us, they left the house taking advantage of our oversight and they have NOT answered any of the claims we have made. We only have the judicial route.nnI WILL NEVER HIRE YOU AGAIN

Unbeatable quality and price. The excellent treatment. You don't have to worry about anything. Supposedly high-quality move, but they have chopped our new-build floor and hide it with boxes and some damaged furniture. After claiming, they do not take charge and do not answer the emails.nnWe hire it as one of the most expensive quotes because they sell it saying that everything is covered by insurance which is later a lie.

I do not recommend this company. I have sent three emails due to various flaws (breaks) in our objects and I do not receive a response of any kind. As some comments say, they hide and do not respond. In addition we have had our belongings in their furniture repository for several months and some stained (sofa, bed), shirts stored in completely yellowed boxes, or even rusty objects have arrived! (the dishwasher is rusty inside) I don't know where the containers will be located for this to happen.nIn addition, it should be noted that when they brought the container with our objects, they brought someone else's and until they started taking things out, we did not see that it was not ours. They had to go back to their warehouse and pick up ours. So the fact that the container is closed in its warehouses and does not open until it reaches its destination is not entirely true.nI would not advise this company because although they tell you that they have insurance and that everything is controlled at the moment of truth, they do not show signs of life.nVery dissatisfied by all this and especially by the absolute pasotismo on his part. That if, to collect well they reply quickly to emails.

I found it funny when I asked for a quote because later I mentioned that I work in an X company and that a compañera had commented to me that they made a special offer, and they answered that I had to have said it from the beginning ... of course to tell me Do you give me a discount, raising the initial price? I did not like that attitude very much and of course I did not hire them ...
