Whoever hires a renting with these TYPES, does not really know where he is getting into.nTerrible service. They breach the contract and when you ask them to explain it to you, they treat you in very bad manners, very reluctantly, and finally they hang up leaving you with the word in your mouth.nYou have to spend months (yes, I said well: MONTHS) calling for someone to pick up the phone. They take fortnights to answer the emails.nSo much so, that the Renting car that I had with them, and that I was thinking of buying at the end of the period, I have returned it, paying the corresponding penalty (it has cost me a triumph that they send me the settlement to pay).nEvery day happier to have lost sight of them. I'll never buy a volkswagen again

I've been trying to contact someone for three weeks and 0 responses. Either he communicates, or they are out of office hours (according to them), or he hangs up directly or they pass me to another department that is not the one that can solve my case ... And so on. All this without counting that they keep passing me bills for a service that I already canceled a long time ago. But since no one attends to me, I can't solve the problem. Nefarious service.

A disastrous service from Volkswagen Financial Services, on December 2 I requested a lifting of the reservation of ownership of a vehicle of the brand (very bad result by the way, I do not recommend a vehicle of this group to anyone), and, as of today 30 December have not yet completed the process. The customer service department can't be worse either ... Anyway, terrible!

I have been trying to find them for months, I have lost the possibility of subrogating my car contract because it is IMPOSSIBLE to find them. We have called at least 100 times between myself and the person interested in the subrogation and we have not been able to find ANYONE !! THEY ARE SOME SINVERGUENZAS!

After two weeks doing paperwork to settle a debt with them 1000 calls summed up in the worst customer service in which I have been involved. After talking to Paloma, a telemarketer and trying to get me to talk to a supervisor or someone with a higher position than hers, I receive an email saying that I don't have to settle for that pepsima attention received from her.
