After almost ten years as a client, I get fed up with the hidden commissions, the bad ways of the (little) personnel that remain, the impossibility of performing the most basic procedures online and the discrimination that we Spaniards suffer due to circumstances or Others reside outside the country. Although formerly this bank (and this branch) stood out for its know-how and its magnificent deal with the client, right now they are on the verge of disappearance in Spain, and the truth is that it does not surprise me at all. Because they do not have, they do not have any potential buyers / competitors who want to acquire the Deutsche Bank España division (for sale for several years) as the national media regularly publishes.
Impeccable quality of service.
Frightening. They never pick up the phone and personal attention leaves a lot to be desired.
Indeed, they could improve a lot in the treatment they give to the public ... I understand that they are not motivated, that they charge little or whatever ... but that is not a problem of the clients!
Unfriendly and useless, nothing good.
