I do not think anyone from the Abancas read this, because they have not changed anything since at least a year of negative reviews, but I will put my opinion here, and also negative.nIt is not a bank, it is a disaster. We reached them by obligation, inheritance from Evo banking, and since then negative experience. They continue without picking up the phone, being edges in the office and charging exorbitant commissions, for maintenance they have charged me 42 euracos, and this I have no movement in my account, I only enter the letter and that's it! And all by mobile banking!nAnd when you enter the office, by magic you become invisible, all focused on their screens, and here you, disturbing ...

FATAL service!nIt is a pity that they do not have a sense of professionalism where friendliness and above all EFFICIENCY is the modus operandi of this office.nThey don't pick up your phone or hang you up directly.nWhen you talk to them because you bother them, they are unpleasant and without patience towards the client.

As there is only one office in the province, I have tried to contact them by phone more than 20 times to make an inquiry. They NEVER take it, they even hang up on you, don't bother, no matter what time you call.
