I was treated disgustingly by a woman who refused to hear my complaint and limited herself to giving me a customer service number when in another branch in Valencia they solved my problem in literally two minutes, a disastrous deal. Too bad it is the branch that touches me.
Very bad experience .... office people do not feel like serving a client. I never want to go back to that office and advised those in addition the same.
I do not understand why there is a need for a metal detector with considerable age that only causes problems. It is totally inadmissible and humiliating
It is a pity that the staff is so border, I do not recommend this branch.
Too many waits, personnel changes, changes in the conditions of contracting products. The staff at least is friendly.
