They are few employees and very rude, in my case today once again I have been to carry out a management. And the treatment by the cashier has been quite unpleasant, I do not recommend it
I went to find out about the fees on debit card. What interested me was to know if I can get at ATMs of other banks without commission. Two different workers from this office on different days have given me wrong information and when I have told one of them what the reality was, they answered that it is that Cajamar makes many agreements and they are not up to date with everything ... Cajamar customers have been better informed than these two gentlemen. Shameful. Actualicense and above all have more humility when you do see them giving false information. Luckily it's not my head office. If I can I won't come back.
A bank, without more
They could have one more box, but they looked after me very well
There is a saleswoman who gets into the personal life of customers and every time I try to make a management in another office, they throw the ball and who pays the broken plates are the customers. I'm tired of the internal bureaucratic shit that they have, between the offices and that make customers pay for internal problems.nIt is a shame!!!
