La Caixa owes me € 640 to the hope that they will return what they owe me. Since I paid them what I owed them. The treatment of customer service is disastrous. The director of the branch charged me an amount that I had previously paid by means of a transfer, now when I ask to be returned what I paid more, nobody knows anything, nobody answers you when you call them € 640 is not little money ... Waiting for my money back.

One for not being able to put any. It is the worst Caixa office because of the dealings with customers, the problems they always put up, the things they leave unresolved ... etc. they have a phone to never answer ...

I can not put 0 because there is not after closing many branches in Castellón of course you spend more 2 hours to be treated and that is very bad. And the lousy service and almost always they don't clarify anything

It is terrible service you can only get money at the window until 11 in the morning. You can not go to any bank in la Caixa and take money out of the window they put you off if you are not from that branch, and when you go to another they tell you that they can not attend you because it is 11:15, if that is a bank that look for clients better to work with another bank.

Nefasto the attention to the public, they only attend to the public in box until 11:00. In addition to that the external cashiers can not either do according to what you manage, with which you get annoyed and return the next day if you can clear it !!nThe bank always wins! For the attention received, they could leave only one person and thus they would save more and earn even more!
