A real disaster, today they had my mother (77 years old) waiting for an hour just to renew her card and why did she complain.nThey also told me that the senior protection fee would be reduced once 3 years passed and the devices were paid for, and now they tell me to negotiate it with securitas direct, that they no longer have anything to do with it. We will soon stop being clients. I'm already looking at other entities.
The phone never picks up.nAlmejor is not well targeted.nAttention with schedule. Especially when it is a local holiday.
4 days being early and nothing opens when it comes out .... more than 160 calls and I don't know how many voice messages ... a shame
