Very friendly and patient employees with rude tourists. I witnessed how a Chinese tourist was very rude for a tax-free. A 10 for Caixabank employees

In order to apply for Tax FREE - you need to stand 2 hours with a three-month-old child in line. None of the workers are allowed to skip the queue. And if you enter out of turn - they send and do not want to take your check.nThis is normal ?nA complete horror.
